About Organize PDF
Organize PDF pages by dragging them into a new order, rotating sideways scans, deleting pages you don't need, duplicating pages or adding blank ones. You can even add several PDFs and mix their pages in one grid. It is handy for scanned documents, reports and application packs that need tidying. Everything runs in your browser, so your files are never uploaded and the new PDF is created on your device.
How to use Organize PDF
- Add one or more PDFs.
- Drag, rotate, duplicate or delete pages.
- Press Save and download the new PDF.
When it helps
- Rotate pages that were scanned upside down or sideways.
- Delete blank or duplicate pages from a long scan before sending it.
- Build one application pack by mixing pages from a form, a CV and a reference letter.
- Add a blank page where a new section should start on its own sheet when printed double-sided.
Tips
- Use Reverse order when a stack of pages was scanned back to front.
- Duplicate a page when you need an extra copy, for example a form page you want to fill in twice.
- Your original files are not changed, so you can start again at any time.
